online therapy practice based in brussels
When things feel overwhelming, stuck, or unclear —
you don’t have to work it out alone.
You might be here if
you’re starting again after loss, illness, burnout, or change
your mind feels crowded, or constantly “on”
you’ve tried many approaches, but you still feel tired, confused, or inwardly scattered
you feel like you’re only skimming the surface of what’s really there
you’re looking for a clear path, simplicity, and healing
Welcome. I’m so glad to see you!
Together we’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and create enough clarity for your next steps to emerge.
How can I help?
I offer calm, grounded counselling and somatic support during periods of transition, emotional fatigue, or change, especially when effort, learning, or just ‘not giving up’ no longer helps.
My work brings together person-centred counselling, mindfulness-based awareness, and gentle somatic body-based approaches. Sessions are collaborative and paced. We attend to what you are expressing verbally, emotionally, mentally, and somatically.
Who I work with
I work with people experiencing:
overwhelm or emotional fatigue
people-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
life transitions, loss, or periods of disorientation
a sense of being “stuck”
You don’t need to be in crisis.
People often come when they become aware of harmful patterns or thought processes — and leave with greater clarity, steadiness, and the capacity to move forward in ways that feel deeply intentional and wholesomely sustainable.
