How can I help?

I offer calm, grounded counselling and somatic support during periods of transition, emotional fatigue, or change, especially when effort, learning, or just ‘not giving up’ no longer helps.

My work brings together person-centred counselling, mindfulness-based awareness, and gentle somatic body-based approaches. Sessions are collaborative and paced. We attend to what you are expressing verbally, emotionally, mentally, and somatically.

Who I work with

I work with people experiencing:

  • overwhelm or emotional fatigue

  • people-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries

  • life transitions, loss, or periods of disorientation

  • a sense of being “stuck”

You don’t need to be in crisis.

People often come when they become aware of harmful patterns or thought processes — and leave with greater clarity, steadiness, and the capacity to move forward in ways that feel deeply intentional and wholesomely sustainable.
