My Story
I didn’t arrive here by accident. My path has been one of deep healing - through trauma, loss, and the years-long process of coming home to myself I have worked, studied, and researched: psychology, mindfulness, somatic healing, and many other approaches that have allowed me to arrive here, in this moment.
Now, my life’s intention is to offer to you my presence - the space, compassion, time, attention, and consideration you deserve - using my practice and learnings to guide you on a gentle path toward wholeness - toward wellbeing, joy and contentment - through an approach that integrates the profound human inclination toward meaning, purpose, agency, autonomy, expression, identity, dignity, community, kinship, and healing, and a real appreciation of what it means to be you, here, now, in your own presence.
My work is for those who, like me, are ready to move into serene power, authentic expression, and liberation from suffering.
