There are different modalities for healing. The world is becoming richer with a combination of psychoanalytic, cognitive, behavioural, emotional, energetic and sensorimotor approaches, and studies in neuroscience are building a body of evidence confirming the benefits of a combination of psychophysiological work, mind-body therapies, and meditative practices for healing.
What we do know for sure is that there is no one-size fits all. We are all unique, so my aim is that our work, over time, become fully tailor-made to your unique needs.
Counselling
Explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe, confidential environment. Deepening your knowledge and understanding of your self, your needs, your patterns, addressing your challenges, enhancing your mental wellbeing, and creating positive, lasting transformation in your life will be part of our work.

Meditation
A practice that involves focusing the mind, the breathing, and present moment awareness. Achieve a state of serenity, clarity, and inner balance. Connect to intuition and inner wisdom. Reduce stress, improve concentration, and enhance overall well-being.

Somatic Therapies
Connects mind and body, using techniques like breath work, movement, and body awareness to help release stress and stored trauma. Somatic work is used to improve emotional regulation, reduce physical tension, and support healing.
