Integrative Counselling and Somatic Support


I offer individual counselling and experiential sessions for people navigating overwhelm, emotional fatigue, or periods of change.

My work is integrative and responsive.

Sessions are shaped around what’s present for you — emotionally, mentally, and in the body — and we adjust the focus as your needs change.

You don’t need to decide on one approach in advance — that’s something we work out together.

How Sessions Work


You can choose between two session types:

You may feel you want to start with an orienting free 20-minute consultation.

Whatever you start with, you’re not locked into one approach — we adapt as your needs change.

Below is a more detailed description of what each session may involve.

  • Integrative counselling is a flexible, person-centred approach that draws from different therapeutic methods depending on what you need in the moment. Rather than working with one fixed model, sessions may include reflective conversation, mindfulness-based awareness, and gentle somatic (body-based) exploration.

    This approach recognises that our thoughts, emotions, and bodies are deeply interconnected, and that change often happens across more than one level. Sessions are paced, responsive, and shaped around you — not a predefined agenda.

  • No. Many people begin counselling because something feels off, heavy, or stuck — without being able to name exactly why.

    You don’t need to arrive with the “right words” or a clear plan. We start with what’s present and allow understanding and direction to emerge gradually, at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.

  • I offer online sessions via secure video call. Working online can be especially supportive for those who prefer the flexibility and comfort of meeting from their own space.

    For the moment, in-person sessions are only available in Brussels, upon request.

    Both formats follow the same professional and ethical standards.

    • Counselling sessions (60 minutes): AUD 115

    • Experiential sessions — meditation, somatic work, mindful movement (45 minutes): AUD 95

    • Pricing is transparent, and there is no expectation to book ongoing sessions.

  • The free 20-minute session is a no-obligation space to pause, ask questions, and explore what you’re experiencing. We’ll talk about what brings you here, what you’re hoping for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

    This session is not therapy. There’s no pressure to continue — it’s simply an invitation to begin gently and see what support might be most helpful right now.

60-Minute Counselling Session

AUD 115.00

These sessions offer a confidential, supportive space to explore your experience through conversation, mindful awareness, and gentle inquiry.

We may work with:

  • emotional patterns and relational dynamics

  • overwhelm, fatigue, or inner pressure

  • people-pleasing and boundary difficulties

  • periods of transition, loss, or starting again

Sessions can take place weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed. We find a rhythm that fits your life.

Available online (in-person on request)


45-Minute Experiential Session

AUD 95.00

These sessions focus on direct, embodied experience rather than talk alone.

They may include:

  • somatic (body-based) awareness

  • mindfulness or meditation practice

  • gentle mindful movement

  • breath-based regulation

Experiential sessions are especially supportive when you feel disconnected from your body, overwhelmed by the mind, or want to deepen embodied awareness and emotional regulation.

Because this work can continue to integrate after the session ends, I recommend allowing yourself a short period of quiet time afterwards.


20-Minute Discovery Session

This is a gentle, no-obligation conversation to explore what’s bringing you here and whether working together feels like a good fit.

You don’t need to prepare anything or have the “right words.” I can also help you decide which type of session might be most supportive for you at this moment.

This session is not therapy and does not require commitment.
